DESCRIPTION
Water For People - Arizona Committee is hosting its 7th Annual Amateur Volleyball Tournament & Cook-Out on Saturday, April 13th! The event includes an exciting double elimination co-ed beach volleyball tournament. Amateurs are welcome! Teams to consist of 4 to 8 players, 25% of them being female. Each team is guaranteed 3 games with 4 to 6 players playing at any one time. A burger/veggie burger/2 hot dogs, beverage, and a commemorative gift will be provided for each registered player. Additional lunches for friends and family must be pre-purchased as part of the team registration. Please estimate the number of your guests as accurate as possible so that there is enough food and drink. Following the games, awards will be given to the top 3 teams. Cost is $20 per person with all event proceeds going to Water For People.

MISCELLANEOUS
A ramada has been reserved with park bench tables.
Rules and tournament format will be reviewed prior to the first game.
SAND SPORTS, will be updating the double-elimination bracket and refereeing the tournament.
Please remind your teammates to bring: sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottles, hats, and camping chairs if you want to sit close to the action. There will be water, Gatorade, soda, and some shade available at the event.
A beer permit has been secured for those that are 21 and older that wish to drink beer. Bring your I.D. No hard alcohol, wine, or glass bottles are permitted. Beer is NOT PERMITTED on volleyball courts. Coolers are allowed. Please keep in mind that it will be warm so drink plenty of WATER. As a reminder, this is a family friendly event, please be respectful and on your best behavior. Please drink responsibly.
COOK-OUT
At check-in, registered players will be given their lunch ticket and commemorative gift. Additional lunch tickets purchased as part of registration will also be distributed at check-in. The delicious BBQ lunch will start around 11:30 AM and be available to players between games and/or after eliminations.
VOLUNTEER
Come join us! You really can't say it doesn't feel good to give back. Water For People - Arizona Committee is always looking for volunteers and committee members.
